We closed our own account which only had 3 feed backs and opened a new one is what we did because we got mad at Ebay for letting this guy scammned our $15,000.00 from us. Police was notified as well as the FBI too. This Guy James D Rice called Ebay crying about what we left him because we did in fact pay $15,000.00 for the car. He stripped the car of the super charger on it then he re-sold it to another Ebay user outside of Ebay which is against Ebay listings and Ebay's Terms. Where did this clown get his information from and falsifying names, who knows...just trying to make up some randon crap on whomever he can is what it is all about. Keeps slandering others names of whoever they are, he will get coming to him for what he fully deserves.

Brandon Michael Winkler, aka Brandon Winkler or "shotgun265" on eBay.com. This individual bid on our 1999 BMW M3, VIN WBSBG9332XEY83992 on eBay, was the winning bidder, never paid for the car, tried to take the car without making payment and tried to extort us by leaving negative feedback on our ebay account. He has tried to extort us and has slandered our reputation with false statements and allegations.

eBay has since removed all of his negative feedback, closed his account and blacklisted his IP address being as we were not the only victims of fraud, extortion, slander and defamation.

Once eBay permanently banned him and he realized he was not able to take advantage of us, he retaliated by leaving this completely false statement on Ripoffreport, a negative Google review and many other damaging reviews on the internet.
He has used multiple aliases to defame, slander and commit libel against countless other innocent victims. Aliases include:
Larry Harley Wilkenson Harold Winkler And others.
You can see from the attached screenshots our exchange in eBay messages his demeanor and very rude mannerisms. Note that he has not paid for the car.
