We had a car stuck whos engine compartment was flooded. We ordered a remanufactured computer from them. It came in and the vehicle would start. It would not idle though We called customer support and they assured us that it was tested and working and could not be adjusted it either worked or it didnt we were told. We replaced the O2 sensor, map sensor, plugs, wires, rotar, cap ect. After about 8 hours of working on it I found a different ECM here in town, plugged it in and the car ran fine. I called to return the defective one that I had gotten from these jerks and they told me that they do not accept returns but would give me an exchange or store credit. I just bought a computer to replace thier defective one they sent me and do not currently need any more. I will never order any thing from these people again. They sell shoddy parts and they are 3000 miles away. The guy in the warranty dept told me that they were so big there was no one to talk to. Said to me "our facility is 15 blocks long, there is no one here to talk to about a complaint so just call your credit card company and try to file a dispute with them. Absolutly the worst service I have ever had. Oh well whats $300.00 and the frustration and all the time trying to trouble shoot thier defective part.
