Viking Dodge a great ending Crystal Lake Illinois

2 1/ 2 yeras ago the owner of viking dodge, who at that time had a yellow streak down his back. and filed a law suit against me for 500,000 claiming that i had lied. i have been harrassed threatened and many other things.
on january 14th i went to mchenry county court house, the presdige judge who has handled this case from day one, thru the many continuances was there to hear that viking dodge was dropping the law suit against me. the court record will prove what i am now saying to be true without doubt, i instructed my attorney to tell the judge that i was willing to pay for the lawsuit to be continued.
my attorney informed the judge , viking dodge still insisted they wanted to drop the charges against me.i tried everything in my power to get the case continued , for the truth to be know and my name to be cleared. if they felt there was a case why did they not continue with what they started? the only reason i have come up with is that all the evidence against them , would not stand up in court. weather permitting after feb 15th i will be back at my usual spot parking and letting them know i have not forgotten , what they have put me and my family thru. word of caution if you go to this dealership, weather it is dodge or used car lot or a junk yard, look for a fellow that wears a yellow shirt.
I have approached the northwest herald numerous time when this all started and they have never to this day wanted to print my side of the story. even though toya webb did her research and had my stroy ready to be printed. butthe editor of the paper felt that it was not news worthy for the people of mchenry county to read. i strongly suggested and have heard many stories from people that is why they no longer read or buy the northwest herald. i personally feel a news paper is in business to first tell the truth and second tell both side of the story, since they failed to do this, i will not buy or read there paper, as many people have done already.
i would like to thank a gentleman named gus philpot from the woodstock advocate who has been there first hand and seen some of the things that viking dodge has tried to do to me.he is a true friend to the average american he strongly believes in truth and justice, for the little people.
