Viking Dodge Price change, and a lemon, trade in value 0 Crystal Lake Illinois

Myself and boyfriend back in 1997 of october, went to viking to look at used cars, well i found a 1993 pontiac granprix which was 10,000 on the window. With a 3 month warranty,
Well i had my trade in which i was promised 500.00 take off for the newer 1, and which i never recieved, see this was my first time financing a car. so i felt uneasy with the salesman.. then the paperwork started flying at me , and sign this and do this, then they wanted 1000.00 down because of my credit.. so fine.. then a co sighner. well after 3 hours of this, i got my car... What a joke within a month the car was a lemon.. stearing colmun started on fire and major sensor problems and died at every stop lite, well took it to my pontiac dealer about 3 differant times and still no answer.. why it was acting up so bad. well i called viking and the salesman laughed on the phone and said its pontiacs problem!
So after many problems the car was worked on by my brother who is not a certified mechanic, go figure.. i guess u can trust family !! cause that car is still around in my family..and the other problem i had with viking is when i tryed to look at the paperwork while signing, the salesman kept ripping it out of my hands.. then i got home with my less than 5yr old used car, and noticed over 2500.00 extra on the loan, which i was not aware of..so i called up viking once again. and there answer was taxes and whatever so i took the papers to a friend of myne who works for a dealership and he said that was added with no proof , and that he said alot of salesman will add extra cost to put in the dealers pocket ,, AND WHAT A BONUS FOR THAT SALESMAN....he'll get about 500.00 dollars out of that.. If the buyer doesnt notice it ! and if u do they will go and talk with the main supervisor how to cover up there scams.. well VIKING DODGE is this kind of dealership. ive heard over the years so many complaints about them. it would be nice to see everyone that had or haves problems with viking to step forward and walk up and down 176 and 14 and boycott them, got love advertising, !!!! and they deserve it...
