TIM LALLY CHEVROLET & GMAC Financing OVER PRICED LEASE NOT NEGOTIATED Cleveland Ohio

Tim Lally Chevrolet and GMAC Financing leased me a 2007 Corvette with a lease of $1245.00 which has everyone that I mention it to gasping. This lease has my debt to income ratio too hight to even take out a loan to pay it off. Everyone including other dealers and auto brokers are saying that I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF and a lease should NEVER be that expensive, when a 2008 Corvette same make and model is the same price or LESS! I returned to the dealer to see if something could be worked out and was totally ignored and blown off. They made me feel humiliated.

I called GMAC and was told that the dealership is where I should have gone to try and rectify the problem and I told them that I did many months ago to no avail. GMAC is threatening to repossess the vehicle and garnish my wages because I can not keep up on the payments that I tried to make arrangements with them and have lowered but no one at the dealership or GMAC Financing was trying to hear me since they had already made their money.

GMAC has harassed me and left rude messages on my voicemail that I have retained. GMAC also informed me August 2008 that a payment made in March 2008 had been returned because someone called and said that it was an unauthorized payment, but would not give me any information about said person or a phone number they could be reached. I was told to look the business up on the internet but the phone number that I retrieved was a non working number.

This dealership and GMAC has done BAD BUSINESS when it came to this deal and other dealerships from Ohio to Michigan are appalled by the treatment that I've received but there is no way to rectify this problem now. I've consulted with an attorney and will have to spend money in order to right this wrong that's been done to me.
