I purchased a 2009 Charger Hemi 3/26/2015.  It had minor issues, i had to return to the dealership several times for these repairs.  Now i need a new steering column, it has now been 7 weeks and still no part.  In the meantime, i am driving my car without a horn or blinkers and the air bag sensor light is  consistently on. To make matters worse, june 3, 2015 i am on I 85 south around 12am and all the dash lighs comes on, i here a popping sound, she(car) stops pulling, had to coast to shoulder. She wouldnt turn over, but the battery is working.  AAA tows the car to AUTODEALS in Jonesboro at Ned's request.

He looks at my car and concludes its the starter. I disagree because a starter starts the car, it wouldnt make the car stop while in motion, Duh!  Wayne the saleman that sold me the vechicle, said that they replaced the started and that i owe $150 for the part...it will be ready for pick up that evening which now is june 6, 2013. needless to say, it waasnt, nor did I recieve a phone call stating so.

My next off day was tues,June 9,2015.  I decicde to go to the dealership and see what lie they conjoured up to cover their mistakes.  BEASTIE hood was open, her timing belt looked like spegetti and it looked like ground up pieces of metal under her too.

Talked to Ned, he doesnt know whats wrong will call once they found out. Again no phone calls from Autodeals...On June 12, 2015, Ned calls me and tells me that i need an entire new engine!  i am out of warranty due to my mileage.

Danco finance company calls me, Scott tells me that i have three options 1. voluntary repo, 2. pay $1000 up front, they put $1000 on the end of the loan.  They will have the work out sourced...meaning that another company besides Autodeals with fix my engine. 3. Take car to another place and pay all repairs yourself.  I chose option no#2. Took Danco the $1000 monday 6.15.2015....Called Scott with Danco Finance to check on BEASTIE.  He had no idea where she was, He called Ned at Autodeals, was told that they plan on repairing BEASTIE there!  That is NOT what i agreed to.

Now, I am to trust the same company that sold me a junk car, who cant order correct car parts, and misdiagnose a problem on my are with my ENGINE and MY LIFE?

OF course Georgia doesnt have laws that helps or protect consumers...we have no recourse.
