Purchased a camper through a lady (Dr. Anna Farrington) from craigslist and she informed me that she had it at Auto Demag Consignors in Miami, Fl and that they would ship free of charge up to 1000 miles and we live in PA so it is 863 miles and she sent me the link and we researched the company and found nothing bad about them so we proceeded with the sale of the camper.  We wired Auto Demag $7300 and it was supposed to be delivered on Aug. 20th, received and email on Aug. 20th informing us that there was a car accident and that the item is being delayed until Aug. 23rd which is today and we have not heard back from them since Aug. 20th and they are not returning emails or answering the phone.

I wish these scam reports would have popped up a few days ago so that we would not be out the money that we wired, we have filed a police report and also have contacted our bank.

If you are thinking of buying from Auto Demag stay FAR away they are a really good scam company and not sure how they have not gotten caught yet but when they do I hope they fry them all!!

Auto Demag is a complete ripoff

AUTHOR: laxrefoh - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, August 29, 2017

Just like the person from PA. I was answering an ad in Craigslist for an RV. Up comes Dr. Anna Farrington who answers my ad and gives me all kinds of info. This lasted for a couple days and she kept referencing me to the website. Everything looked so legit and the website looked great. She then told me to make an offer but I had to do it via the website. I registered and sent in my offer. Low and behold they accepted my offer and send me a real Bill of Sale and Invoice which I transfer the money within 48 hours or the offer would be VOID. I had concerns about doing this and wanted to talk with someone. Anna said her husband would call me but never did. I could not get a hold of anyone at the Auto Demag and never found the location of where it was in GA. The good old Dr. Anna then send me a copy of her DL and Passport which rose my suspicion. They were both FAKE and I now have the U.S. State Department and U.S. Marshall's office looking into it!!! I never did send any money to them and no further messages from the Dr. or Auto Demag. So when the offer looks too good to be true, it probably is! Still looking for an RV though.

If others were ripped off by this SCAM, the U.S. Department of State would like to talk with you...Be safe!
