No scam artist you contradicted ur self if this was a reputable dealer ship that is represented by a bank or a real owner. No bank would have taken a vehicle for one layte payment they are in the business of making money not taken cars back I walked in there with the payment 9.am. the following morning and it was not accepted any one with any knowledge would truly see that he wanted to re-sell the car to another buyer after collecting 16k from me..this dealership are scammers! PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE any vehicles from them..and yes I was already notified by 3 other people that was scammed by auto gallery so I will not sleep untill there is a class action law suit taken and I drive this company out of business. Also the bettter business Bureau have been notified also about this business. .

"U put down a big deposit then make all the payments on a car" and, "I was late a week" are conflicting statements. You failed to make all the payments on the car.

You were not scammed because in your own words, "very very fine print if ur late or miss a payment they take back the car and you just lose everything you have invested in that car." Please post a copy of the agreement so we can see how 'very very fine' the print is.

There will be no class action suit.
