This report is to Expose the Law of Florida regarding Auto Insurance and accident cases.  It is for all of you who ever get called to Jury Duty. do not tell them you know their dirty secret and get Even.

First of all You know if you have been in an auto accident and have any type of serious injury which requires medical treatment you are in trouble as soon as your own policy for Personal injury protection is exhausted, usually about 10k or less. Then  you are on your own and the need for a Lawyer is important.

You hire a Personal injury Lawyer who is now your partner at 40% plus costs and of course the other guy who went through the light and hit you broadside has every excuse in the world not to pay your medicals let alone any reimbursement of  wages or other damages. including paying back your health ins.

The higher the limits he has the more the other guy and their atty tell you, you are not hurt, the accident was your fault, you can work with one leg, you had an accident 12 years ago and thats when you were injured. lets see every record medical financial school since you were born

In the meantime you are out 110k for operations and meds and another 100k for wage loss. which of course is false according to the other atty

Then the biggest problem laid out by the Legislature of Florida is when you sue and go to court No One can even mention the Word INSURANCE or Insurance Co. Its just you suing the poor slob that looks pathetic to a jury because he is an idiot. but has over $1mil in Insurance coverage.

The jury looks at you as though you are picking on the poor slob because they are prevented from knowing the truth by the Law that you will not take his last dollar and he does have coverage. Most other states you sue the insurance co and the only secret is the amount of coverage.

Wake up people if you get on the Jury know the truth, say nothing and get even until they change the law. do not worry about the guilty guy he has coverage or he would not be there and if you go over the coverage the Ins co will have to pay that to because the refused to settle earlier.

Remember information is power. Know the facts. Its the same in many Fl liability cases, fall downs, truck accidents, false arrest by a store. do not let ins cos rip off injured  people . Pay them Big Time remember half goes to the attorney so if you think 100k is enough make it 200k so the poor guy or gal can pay or leave with something

It will not effect your  rates unless you have the accident.
