From beginning to end the experience was HORRIBLE. BUYER BEWARE.

This is NOT a story of someone pissed because he lost his car...  I WAS SO MAD I DECIDED TO WALK RATHER THAN DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

In 2008 when they were located in Kennesaw, I got a car from them. Paid all of my payments on time for 1/2 the loan before they sold the loan to a bank. The experience was AMAZING. Zero down... drive off the lot..

This time, however it was drastically different. I filled out the online application, and got my pre approval email, saying someone would call within 24 hours... 3 days no call! So I pick up the phone and call them 18 times!!! in 9 days!!! left 18 voicemails, and got no response.

The receptionist kept transferring me to a voicemail.

Finally, i got an appointment...  I called them to ask what types of proof of income do i  need to bring. Called and the receptionist just kept transferring me to a voicemail... again... I called for an hour back to back --- frustrated.

Finally after 90 min, i got the answer: yes a statement from your bank is okay.

When i get there, I meet Mister Brandon Hurley who was quite nice. We started on the paperwork and suddenly...

" all sales personell report to -----"

I sit there for 45 min... just sitting there. I get up and walk out side -- nobody there. The place looks completely deserted.

Then he comes back for five or ten min, and leaves again --- this time for 30 min.

Finally we go to look at the cars. If they had 17 cars, thats alot. Hardly any selection.  I felt pressured to get a car that was $100.00 more a month. okay test drive done -- and finally it actually looks like we are going to go somewhere today.

I have been here now for 4 hours!!! and got ZERO accomplished.

Then he goes back to the surprize meeting, and guess what?? this time hes gone for more than an hour.

Finally im getting impatient and decide it may be worth just leaving --- and here comes the sales person saying your approved... YAAAAAAYYY.

Oh and how will you be making that $1700.00 payment???

huh!?!!!:???

I thought you said ZERO DOWN??

well thats the sales tax.

At that moment i decided that enough was enough. Not only did i not have the 1700.00 but I felt mislead. The entire experience from the online application to this point --- I just left.

For $1800.00 you can get a decent car from ebay or craigslist, and thats just what I did.

Instead of getting a 2012 Chevy Malibu for 15,000 I got a 2008 Chevy Aveo.

Once you get that car and sign those papers... you belong to them!!!
