Auto Loan Finders sold me a car 05 ford taurus from flooded area in alabama.was flooded in 2005 they moved it from alabama,florida ended up in georgia. Kennesaw Georgia

auto loan finders sells cars that are from flooded areas in alabama my car was shipped around from alabama to florida they called me several times for me to purchase the car they went as far as giving me the car and letting me make a down payment by the week. once i made the complete down payment the car had problems they claimed to have fixed it but never did. once they got paid for the car they told me they were not doing anything else to this vehicle.i got a carfax report on the vehicle which stated it was in a flooded region in 2005.right now my car is not working no one wants to talk about it everyone wants to know if my payment is gonna be made.

How about we all file a class action suit against them? I am having similar problems with Auto Loan Finders and have just filed a complaint of my own.

We appologize for any inconvenience you may have faced with your vehicle, but we simply do not sell flood damaged vehicles. We run CarFax reports on every vehicle we receive from our vendors before it is even stocked in to our systems to ensure we do not accept any car that has been totaled or flooded. We make every effort possible to prevent such issues from happening.
We also provide a 3,000 mile / 4 month extended service contract that covers any major mechanical issues at our expense. If the issues had continued you simply needed to bring the car back in for us to take another look. However without knowing what the actual issue is, rather than "it just doesn't work", it makes it very difficult to identify and correct the right problem.
You were also allowed to drive the car for a week prior to making any sort of payment. The payment you made was not actually a down payment, it was the taxes, tag, title and other fees that Auto Loan Finders pays up front for you on your behalf so you are not burdened with the expense all at once up front.
