Auto Marketing Systems Fraud- Promised refund in 6-8 weeks. It has been 3 months since I files the claim. Everytime I call, I am told a refund is pending and I will get it next week. Roanoke, Virginia

They did not sell my car within the 90 days as advertised.  I filed a claim after the 90 days.  They received it on 9/17/12.  Refund was promised in 6-8 weeks.  It is now 3 months.  Called several times and talked woth Christa.  I am always told it is pending and I will get my refund next week.  I don't think it is ever going to happen.  I think I lost $220.  (original $249 minus $29 non-refundable)

I am the person who filed the complaint.  After 15 weeks and many phone calls, I did receive a refund of my money on my credit card account.  I am satisfied that the company honored their guarantee although it took a lot of time and effort on my part.

Do not tell you that in order to get your money back you need to send notarized copies of who you are to them. They also don't tell you that it takes 8 weeks to get your money back until after they get your money. None of this information is available to you until after you have paid and by then its too late. I am at 10 weeks now and still have not recieved my money back. Krista tells me to try back in two more weeks but I keep getting the run around. After paying for the notary I will be lucky to see 100 bucks if they even pay. Internet
