Bank of America authorized me a loan for $5,500 with 3% interest. I gave the printout to Autonation. They asked me for my username and password. I gave it to them not thinking of what they could do. They apparently requested for a loan with Capital One, requested for a one thousand dollar down payment, then charged me 13.9% interest. I could not afford the monthly payments which was fifty five dollars more then BOA had offered to me.
I am or was sixty eight year old disabled veteran who walks with a walker. The dealer refused to give me the contract to read and forced me to sign the contract prior to my reading it. They charged me to register the vehicle even though I had to pay for the 2016 registration.
I made two payments to the dealer. The financial agent claimed that he loat my first check. This was reported as a non payment to Transunion. The second or next payment was returned the next month informing me to pay Capital One. Both payments were therefore reported no received.

You initially wrote that the dealer refused to permit you to read the contract but then wrote that they wouldn’t send it to you. What is the real story? Did they refuse to send it to you so you went to the dealer where they again would not permit you to read it but then forced you to sign it? If you were forced to sign the contract then you certainly have a legitimate complaint but you may have missed your window of opportunity by making two payments without yet filing a police report.
This appears to be about buyer’s remorse and not about being forced to sign a contract. Refusing to send a contract is not a violation of The Americans with Disabilities Act. The act prohibits discrimination based on disability in employment and use of public services. It does not offer protection for contract disputes or buyer’s remorse.

I have not file police report yet. I am disabled and I asked them to send me a copy of the contract prior to signing. In violation to federal ADA Law of 1990 they refused so I plan to sue them in district court. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and a federal government agency for consumer.

Forcing someone to sign a contract is a crime. Did you file a report with the Memphis Police Department?
