Auto-Owners Insurance Auto-Owners Insurance still not paid claim after 3 and 1/2 years - Court case Lansing Michigan

My home was destroyed by fire on January 10, 2006. Now 3 and 1/2 years later, I am still in court fighting them to get my home rebuilt. I was incinuated that I burnt my home down until their forensic investigator proved them wrong. I was falsely accused of bribing their appraiser, until the appraisor would not support their claims. They provided a very low ball estimate for completing repairs, which is not enough to rebuild the house.

The negative actions of Auto Owners has cost me financially, emotionally, and physically. After years of court battling with them, there still appears to be no end in sight.

My opinion, is to stay away from Auto Owners Insurance. They claim "no problem" in claims adjusting, but a little research will show you that there is plenty of problems for insureds if they need to file a claim.
