auto-home insurance will not pay on my claim. They will not tell me if they will or will not honer the claim. I hired an attorney. and we need them to denied the claim so we can go to court. It has been three years we have tried to get an answer. our attorney found out there attorney. was told to put it on the shelve and do not pay.

I am a disabled Veteran on a fix income. My attorney fee are in the 10 of thousand of dollars now and they owe me 200,000 on the claim. I will lose my home. I had to put a mortgage to get my attorney fees. and I will have to come up with 50,000 to go to court.
