Pats Small Engine Repair I ordered a pulley from ole Pats and got ripped off big time ISANTI Minnesota

I went to their site and saw the very pulley I'd been looking for. Not wanting to pay the outrageous price local stores were asking, I decided to order 2 of them, 1 spare. The very minute I hit order on the site I saw it was the wrong part. I shot 2 emails to them to let them know it was the wrong part.
That evening I got a email from them wanting to confirm my order was correct. I replied to that email that it was not the correct order.
Then I waited for about 10 days for my pulley's to arrive
When the pulleys arrivedsurprise! It was the wrong ones.
When I called the store, the people were extremely rude and told me the same story. They don't check there emails.
Well why in the world would you have a conformation email if you aint gonna check it? Bull hockey. I think this is how they are staying in business. They don't have to sell anything they can just keep hiding behind the fact they don't read their emails. If you believe they don't. I don't believe it.
Well today I check my email and they have charged me, what is suppose to be a restock fee of 20%. Hummm wonder where they went to school.
The order was 42.85 and they charged me 28.72. You do the math, and by the way I paid the shipping back 11.94
These people have mastered the art of rip off!!!
I hope some day they will get ripped off themselves, so bad that it bankrupts them.
