Auto Parts Warehouse, higher prices, takes the money and doesn't ship anything, no money back, useless customer service Carson California

I ordered a headgasket set, to fix one of my customer's car, after checking on the status of the order two days later, I found out that the order was never processed, I called customer no service and they told me that they will take care of it, the next day I called back again because the order is not showing up on the status, they told me that they will charge my credit card and ship the items the same day.

well they shipped three items, one week after spoken with them and received them two weeks later, but the headgasket set is still pending, and was never shipped.

I called them again to ask for my money back and to cancel the order but the refused to do so. they didn't even bother to offer me expedited shipping since they screwed up the order.

my advice for the consumers is not to buy anything from them at all cost.
