Auto Refeil Group Loan Modification Scam Fort Lauderdale, Florida

I paid $500 to Auto Relief Group on 01/15/2010 for 2 cars, but I got nothing as of now(04/30/2009), and they said I am not eligible for refund. This company is a SCAM. I was pre-approved by the company and they said I can lower my car loan payment to 50% even 60%, but I got a letter from Toyota Finance Services said that Unfortunately, because TFS is a secondary financier we are unable to assist you with your request to reduce your monthly payment amount and lower your interest rate. I do received what's called "Option report" from Auto Relief Group two months later, that was current value of a car(you can get it from kbb.com for free). You need to called (954)318-7700 to reach them, that was I heard from radio ads. MONEY BACK! That's a big money for my family!
