Looks like the company is gone.
I have had a couple of smaller claims with this company, and they did indeed pay for them (water pump, fuel pump).
However, I had a large claim (differential failure) in 2007 that they denied. We went through the arbitration process, as required in the ARW contract. The BBB arbitrator found in our favor, and after a 60 day wait, we actually received the payment for the repair from ARW.
Since that time, they have been less than helpful, even though they insisted to us and the arbitrator that our warranty would be carried out in full, without bias, until the end of the contract.
Now I have been informed by my mechanic that I need a repair to my vehicle that should be covered, and their phones are disconnected.
Great.

I also am in the same situation have called and called with no response.  Last week I was able to leave messages on the office line.  This week even the office line is out.  I purchased my extended warranty in June of 09 and have not had to use it at all was just calling to check some things out.  Could get no one found that wierd so I kept tring.  I have e-mailed twice now as well.  It is like they are just gone.  All lines are down even the 24 - 7 Roadside Assistance Line.  This is really distressing.  I am going to contact several people tomorrow and see what can be done.  I am still making payments on my credit card and will stop payments for now.  I am shocked nothing came in the mail or anything.  IS IT A SCAM?  If so lets as you requested slap a Class Action Law Suit on them.
