auto shop CUSTOMERS b**chin about the most smallest/dumb of issues anywhere, Nationwide

for the first time on rip off report i am making a report/post about customers---everyone seems to think it is all the fault of business---but what is it like for the auto mechanic---what is it like to deal with uneducated idiot people???--i will tell you--and hopefully-which i doubt---i will have educated one person---------here we go--imagine you work in dirt and filth all day long-do you think your hands will not get dirty???--i try and try and try to NOT get cars dirty--i do make an attempt to do the right thing----but occosinally---i will leave a small dirt spot somewhere--sometimes very faint that i do not notice---when a customer gets in his/her car and sees this dirt spot they b**ch---can anyone please explain the point of this to me????---how hard would it be clean it yourself or even ask me to clean it-----why do customers need to go to the mangers and b**ch about a very small dirt spot and get people in trouble of the most dumbiest s**t?????--people are basically juts whiny little **tches---just yesterday--i had to deal with an idiot in a lexus(lexus drivers are idiots as they buy a lexus)---in any case--i get the ticket that his car PULLS right for an alignment--as usual i drive the car to verify--this car went straight down the road--no issues---in order to avoid myself getting married to this piece of s**t car i wanted to ask this dumbass some questions--i asked when does it pull?--he said at 60 and above(i had the car at 60 and above and nothing-striaght--also if the car pulls it will be at ANY SPEED)---he then told me that when he takes his hands off the steering wheel "within 3 seconds" it goes right---i asked him when he does this does it ever go left--he said no only right--this is impossible as i know the roads are slanted left or right(depending on the side you are on) for drainage---i knew if i went ahead and did the alignment no matter what he would complain it is not right cause he is an idiot complaining about an issue that is not there(only in his mind)--i tried to tell me service manger i do not want to touch this persons car--unfortantly my service manger is a greedy idiot and just cannot say no to a sale so i was ordered to do it(this is a different story)---i put it on the machine and it showed the rear was out(but right on the borderline)--it showed the rear was out to the left(which will make the car go right)--after adjusting it the front then showed it was out left(but barely)--so i adjusted it---basically---i equalled out the left side and there would be no difference as to the direction it drives---so basically i did nothing---so the guy leaves---15 minutes later he comes back and says i didn't do the alignment(isn't it amazing how i can predict when someone will complain)--not only did he complain about the alignment--but his interior was beige--and he was compalining about dirt spots near the roof--the best part--i never touched that part of the car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!---now i will admit my service manger is partly to fault here and some of this derives on his actions--but if there was not dumbass's like this--there may not be an issue---now cause of this persons compplaints--i got b**ched at that i need to wash my hands before i get in and out of a car to prevent dirt spots(however small and minute they may be)-----with this--again--if a mechanic gets your car dirty--why go to the managers and complain and get people in trouble/possible fired over such a dumb issue like this?--why not go to a mechanic and ask them to fix it/clean it?????--again--people just like to whine and b**ch--i hate f**king people----------now--on another issue--customers that lie-----------i may have covered this issue above slightly but now i will get into details----one of the tire techs were i work went to open her door to get out of the car--something broke and the door would not open--of course cause it worked when she brought it-it was our fault--i can understand this---when i started working on the car i noticed there was screwdriver marks like someone was trying to pry the door open like it has happened before--there was also pry marks inside the door panel as well---this issue has happened before!!!---although she was not a b***h or anything of this nature she lied and said this never happened---i was asking her if it happened before so that she may tell me what the other guy did to get the door open to make my job easier---but no----she had to lie to get a free fix--what happens a month or whenever later--she goes somewhere and it breaks in a shop and someone else has to deal with the same issue again????-----i also remember a lady when i worked at firestone where her brakes went to the floor to stop the car--i look at the master cylinder and the brake fluid was muddy and orange like someone poured stop leak in there---i asked her what she did and she said she did nothing and that we had her car last!!!!!!!--yea--i am sure--i try to ask to make my job easier and they lie cause they are afraid to admit they are idiots----also which brings me to the point--customers that use fix a flat or stop leak and things of this nature--it is funny that people have a major problem with there car such as a coolant leak which will cause overheating--they know there is a leak as they have it checked--they disagree with the price--put the stop leak in there--then it still leaks---they come in for the leak still--i see the brown where the coolant(with the stop leak leaks) and tell them where it is leaking and they should flush the coolant system as well--then of course they say--they never added anything and we had the car last so it was us thta put it in??---lol--f**king idiots----i guess to make this short--here is the point--if you have a dirt spot--ask the mechanic to clean it---don't go to the manager and complain!!!-----do not---i repeat do not use fix a flat in your tires or radiators cause this does more harm then good--for tires i need to clean that crap out--some fix a flat products for tires are a very gooey substance and cannot be cleaned unless i scrub the hell out of it which i am not going to do for a flat repair--i cannot spend a lot of time fixing your tire--there are other people in the world waiting to have there cars fixed!!!!----do not lie to me--i know when you do---i am asking to get information to make my job easier and to get your car fixed faster!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!--on a final note--and i know i have said this already---but it is beyong comprehension to me why people b**ch about a little dirt on there armrest or whatever--after all--you just took it to a shop where we work in filth all day---do you go to a pig pen with a white shirt and then b**ch about getting muddy?!?!?!??!---AGAIN---talk to a mechanic to clean it if you are so stupid and have a problem with the most minor stain barely visible!!!!!b**ching to a store manager only accomplishes getting people in trouble and of course getting your car cleaned--maybe these customers just want to b**ch about something???with that--these are not good people in a general sense and you need to kill yourselves!!!!!!!!
