auto stereo plus misleading and horrible install of double din riverside, California

this is the worst shop that i have been to. i purchased a so called motivo double din from them and had them install for a total of $478 on jan 2nd 2010 and they did a horrible job there was a half inch gap under the double din and the sales man sold me a double din that he reassured was top of the line and i should go with it but he only showed me the box, when the install was done i compared the headunit to the one on the box and there are many differences. i went back because i was under the impression that the headunit would have an individual control for the sub woofers but there wasnt one and when i bought it to my sales mans attention he became very defensive and rude and began yelling that he never told me that there was a sub woofer control built in, the install was so bad and the headunit and the dash kit were such a horrible fit i took the truck back the following morning jan 3 2010 and had them install all the factory equipment instead for another $35. i would not recomend the shop to anyone and i would love a refund but i know that there is no way that i can get one so i figured that i would warn everyone else. look out!!!! horrible customer service !!!!
