This is a dishonest dealership and should be shut down! Short story: they knowingly sold me a major lemon. Long story: I bought a used Ford Excursion from this dealership and they informed me about some minor issues with the vehicle that we agreed to fix if the price was lowered. We fixed them, and we discovered later that the vehicle had a major glaring safety issue - the ball joints were rusted well beyond what is safe. The vehicle pulled to the left because of this and they said it was "just an alignment issue" - not so. This is a $1000-2500 fix.

Anyone could have seen that easily if the vehicle was elevated and examined by their mechanics - which is obviously was, because they spray painted over the rust in the wheel wells right next to it. Therefore their mechanics are really stupid, or their salesmen are operating deceptively.

When I informed them about this, the owner refused to do anything about it to make this situation better. I was told that after buying a vehicle that I bought it "as-is". So basically they just tried to pawn this unsafe to drive vehicle off to someone to make a quick buck and wash their hands of the situation. They are crooks and should be avoided at all costs.

To be clear, the third party mechanics informed me about the bad ball joints. Auto villa brought the price down on the sale of the vehicle under the claim that the problem was just an alignment problem. I called them and asked if they look at the mechanical soundness and put their vehicles on an elevator and examine everything they sell and they said yes. So their mechanics are either piss poor (its obvious when you look at it from below), or their salespeople are shady.

took it to a third party mechanic

I took it to a mechanic to have them fix the squirrelly steering which Auto Villa claimed it was an alignment issue - they brought the price down a little bit claiming that it was only an alignment problem but neglected to mention the ball joint problem.
