12/29/2005 Mark Slocum appraised the repair on my BMW 2002 with deep dents on right side of the door.He and mechanic Dan stated that the door has to be changed for another door, same model, because it can't be repaired.

Before the repair I saw the "new"door Dan showed me as beautiful intact without any damage to the door or the moldings.Dan reassured me that everything is going to stay as it is except color that will have to match mine.

At picking up my car I noticed all old "traits",my old door was back, hammered out,the windows are from my damaged car, damaged moldings straitened and put back.It did not look good.

Dan said that they put in just the metallic part of the "new"door, removed all the intact moldings, intact windows---and threw them away! They threw away the beatiful door they staged originally as a show piece and installed back the old damaged patched up door previously rejected even by the appraiser as irreparable.

Yes,I discussed this with the insurance adjustor who succeded to get the replacement of one new mold in the middle of the door. His name is Brian xxxxx,San Antonio,Texas.

The rest stayed the same, good old door, probably the New/used door was again showed as a show piece to fool another victim somewhere else.
