Automatic Auto Finance AAF Jorja Trading Sells crap vehicles. Does not honor contract. Repeat lies and stalling tactics. Van Buren, Arkansas

I purchased a vehicle from AAF's Van Buren lot. I purchased the extra service contract as well as a benefit package that, among other things let's you trade you vehicle in for something else, if in the first 30 days your vehicle ends up needing over $800 in work. I figured it was worth the extra cost for peace of mind.

Two day later after noticing several different leaks of different fluid I took it to a mechanic to have it checked out. It's leaking 3 freeze plugs, the water pump, radiator hoses & power steering hoses. The cost to fix this the right way is over $1500. I got them an estimate and then started the run around. They wanted me to take it to a different mechanic for an estimate, then take it to their mechanic to verify that estimate, then set up email appointments to talk to someone to see what they could do. I have done all they asked me to and more. They are still not honoring their contract. They say they only swap vehicles on certain days and they don't have a vehicle that is close to the same price as mine, so they can't swap. All lies trying to put me off until the 30 days is up no doubt.

Well AAF I am not going away. I will do whatever I have to do to make you stand by your contract. Arbitration, small claims court, hiring an attorney to sue you for damages and breach of contract. It's going to happen if you don't get it together and honor your contract and your word.

These people are trained to lie and give you the run around. They have screwing people over down to a science. It's not worth it to do business with these people. Believe me. Save yourself some trouble and go somewhere else.
