Automax Volkswagen Clutch ripof by another one in last then 7 month. Killeen, Texas

Sept 2010 my original clutch went out after 159,000 miles went to Automax of Killeen Texas and had them order a new one now 7 month and less then 5,000 miles the sevice department has told me that the clutch plate is worne out and that they think it was the way some one of my family has driven my car. The old clutch 159,000 miles and the new one less then 5,000. I talk to the service manager and he states that he will look at it but it sounds like I will have to by a newone. My expression and question was why should I buy a new one if its under warranty, I also told him that since day one I had problems with the clutch, Friday day one payed almost $1,800 for parts and labor got keys brove the car and it would not go in 3rd or 5th gear; talked to mechanic he stated that he dint do anything to it just took out the old and put the new one in dint check for adjustment nor he drove the car for the so call drive test to ensure the new clutch was working propertly. The mechanic then worked on my car tha following Monday after the weekend and checked his work again and he stated that the clutch was new and it will fill real lose then he also stated that there was a couple of cables in the way and he had to tie them so the gear box could engage. Now they are saying that is my fault and that the couch is wornout what a customer to do with service department like this one and for a nice turn of event I have used this dealer for more then 20 years!!!
