Got suckered into a repair service contract with Automobile Consumer Service Corp which according to the propaganda sheet covered "all internal components of the transmission that require lubrication for operation". They refuse to pay for the repair of my transmission.
When I made a fuss, they offered to relinquish 2 months payments. I fell for that scam when they refused to pay for an electrical problem that was covered according to the contract.
This company should not be allowed to do business in the United states.

On 9/12/2012 they sent me a check for $902.46. after I wrote to them for a refund of my most recent payment that was taken from my acc at the time I canceled my contract because they would not make good on their obligation to pay for the repair on my transmission.
This don't add up because if they were trying to refund my entire premium there way off. I paid more than $1200.00 in premiums.
If They are thinking they paid for the repair, they are way off as the repair was $1525.71 with a $50.00 deductible.
They are still ripping me off. Should I be happy I got something from them. Possibly. Crooks always act this way/.
