I have had my truck for about 4 years and honestly I did not remember having the Easy Care Package nor did I know what was included.   In May of 2014 the heater coil went out and we had to pay out of pocket to get it repaired.   Also I had several dings that should have been covered with the easy care.   In July I got a call from easy care saying that the service was expiring and I asked them what did it cover and they told me.   I explained that I did not know I had the service and they said that it was not their responsibility to call each customer and remind them.

My question is, when the dealership went into repair the vehicle there was nothing there to indicate that the service existed.  When I asked my Evan Cates that question he told me not to blame the Dealership for my stupidity.  That is when I advised him that I was recording him.   He then said that I had no right to record him, I told him they record customers phone calls and I need to cover my tracks as well.

He told me that it was too late and that there was nothing he could do for me.  I then asked for his boss which was Steven McCray, which was ruder than Evan Cates.   He said that there was nothing they could or would do.   I asked to be refunded for the service and he said that I was out of my mine.  I have paid out all this money for this service and each repair that needs or have been done I will never be compensated for.  I think that this is a rip off and I want to be compensated.   Nor do I like the fact that I was called stupid.

I was told that the pdi, which was ding and dents expired in May.   I do not understand why was I not notified.  Customer service means nothing to these people, they are too busy denying each and every claim that they get.   Evan Cates and Steven McCray should not be in Management at all, becuse their business is not to take care of their customers.   I guess the get a big bonus for every claim they deny.   Which does not help me when I have paid out for a service that should have been covered.   And is still needing to repair dings.
