AutoTorium Needs To Be Shut Down: They are so DISHONEST Salem New Hampshire

In August we went into the AutoTorium to purchase a Dodge Durango, We saw one on the website that we liked. We went in on a Sunday afternoon, we were suppose to have an appointment with a certain person but ,come to find out he was not even in on Sundays. So we met with another man he took all of our information and said that we passed and we could get the Durango. I told him that it was red, he said that we had to go to Manchester to pick it up. We went to Manchester to pick up the Durango and when we got there it was not the red one but a burgandy one. We went ahead an took that one. The panels to the seat were busted and hanging off the salesman told us that they would replace them . We took the vehicle home and was told that out first payment was not until October.

We took him at his word. We then got a phone call saying that they needed more information we went down to the lot and when we got there we were told we were all set that every thing was ok and that they did not need the papers after all. Now mind you we had a trade in and had to give them $400 also. So as the month went on we kept calling to see when the part was going to be in. Kept getting the runaround.

So we patiently waited then one afternoon the salesman came pounding at our door. He was very loud, very rude and mean. He said that we could bring the vehicle in on Tuesday. Before Tuesday came they had the vehicle towed away and said that we had not paid for it. Also the payment was not even due for two weeks.

This company is a scam they take people for their money. We truly believe that this company NEEDS TO BE CLOSED down.

Now this was on a Sunday and they told us that they were talking to three banks and we told him that this was Sunday and the banks were not open and that was when they said you have the car and then kept very quiet.
