Alberto Hernandez of Avalon Auto Sales sold me a 97 Chrysler Sebring that was in terrible condition. Assured me that there was nothing wrong with the car.
Come to find out after taking it to a mechanic - THE CAR WAS ABOUT TO TAKE A D*&P. They cleaned up the engine - messed with the odometer. These guys are selling out of their home, 3001-3003 SW 18th Street in North Miami.
I returned the car to Alberto and he returned my check to me less $400 that he kept to himself. I have tried to contact everyone from the State Attorney's office to the police to T Metro to Consumer Affairs and I'm told there is NOTHING THAT CAN BE DONE!!! Nothing?
This is unfair and I want my money back. Imagine how many more people will be taken from this person and this company. Can Maimi law be so unfair? What happened to Consumer Protection?

Raquel, I am willing to bet that this clown does not have a auto dealer's license to sell cars. I am also willing to bet that he does not report his auto sales profit to your state tax collector.
Make sure that he gets a copy of your updated Rip Off Report and then ask him for your $400 bucks back. I am willing to bet he will think real hard about giving it back to you now!
