Avalon Gadgets ripoff The company sold me a G-600 Minolta camera as new and it was used and refurbished both all in one Brooklyn New York

Avalon Gadgets is the most fraudulent company I ever came across. They sold me a used camera in a plain box and advertised the G-600 Minolta Digital Camera as new, and they still are. It was refurbished, but on top of that it was a used refurbished. They lie.

I am trying to stop payment on my credit card and the bank is investigating the transaction as I write this letter. I sent the camera back after the bank last month gave me their phone number I talked to one person. When he answered the phone he did not even answer the phone professionally. He answered hello. Not "Avalon Gadgets may I help You". He refused to give me his name which I got out of him by calling back and using subterfuge. The person I talked is a one man con named Ross. I am out of my camera, my money. He never sent me the new camera as he promised. I am going to the DA here in Los Angeles for help and I am filing a document with the Attorney General's office for Fraud and theft using internet and telephone fraud. If I were you I would stay clear of Avalon Gadgets before they burn a hole in your pocket!
