Avangate - impossible to get refund Internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

I requested a refubd on 08/17/14.

I was told refund was being proocessed & I requested a "tracking number" for the check.

I was never given one & after many request I was told that a check was mailed & I should receive by 08/09/14 - a date that was NINE days prior to my purchase/refund request & 5 weeks prior to the date the email was sent.

 

They are a HORRENDOUS company to deal with & never gave a tracking number - just "check is in the mail"
