Avant Garde FFA Gregory Estravit Unethical Thieves unlawful Corona California

This company is a SCAM! It professes to care about the kids, yet it is continuously stealing from them. They (the owner and his girlfriend)  "Sell" their furniture from home to the agency and then go out and buy new furniture for personal use. I am sure they over inflated the value of the furniture "Purchased" as well. They take items that are donated to the agency home and keep them for personal use. They take things that do not belong to them. They knowingly allow "employees" to continue working and billing the medical/ medicaid system even though the "Employee" is doing so on a license that is not active. They over pay their "office staff" and underpay their professional staff. The "Office manager" also happens to be the owners girlfriend. They were paying Mr. Estravit's mother to consult, yet she never did anything for the agency. Actually she was REMOVED from running the agency because of abuse to children in the care of the agency. The "CEO/CFO" does not have a degree in social work, but he does have one as a mechanic.  This company is very shady and they need to be really looked at financially as well as ethically.
