I will like to tell you about the past 3+ years of hell I have been going through with his company. I am very frustrated with this company and the little they have done to resolve the problems I have had with this system. I start with my most recent problem. A week ago my daughter broke out in horrible hives. This has happen on many occassions and I just recently found the source of the problem. Turns out the " natural laundry detergent," was causing the problem. I always knew that my daughter had very sensitive skin. I got the Avanta Pure system on March 2010 when she was just 6 days old. one of the things they sold me on the product is that I will be supposedly saving money using this system because of all the "free"( and I use that term lightly) natural products I was going to be getting with the Water systems.

I ask that sales rep Robert Hibbatl if this was going to be safe for my newborn and he said yes but my better judgement as a mother to a newborn I decided to continue using dreft laundry detergent until my daughter was older. Since then I continue to use dreft because of the fact that my now 3 year old has very sensitive skin with the occasionly situation where one will run out of detergent and I use the basic springs laundry provided to me by avantapure and my daughter will occasionally break out in hives. I called the sales rep Robert Hibbalt when she was 2 to tell him about the detergent and he assured it was not the the basic spring detergent. I continued to use another detergent for my daughter just in case. Now I have a 18 months old who never had a problem because of sensitive skin.

Last week I use the basic springs because I again ran out and guess what. Both my daughters broke out! They have had rash for a week now. It's been horrible. Finally her doctor came to the conclusion that it was the detergent provided by Avantapure that caused this. I have been trying to get rid of this system for 3 years now. The system cost $6495 But then they set you up with a financing company. You have ten days to make the first payment which means that by the time you realize that more than half your monthly payment is going to financing charges you are already stuck in a loan. My husband and I have paid almost $7000 in last 3 years and 9 months and more than half has gone to financing charges.

We still have close to $5000 left on the loan. from what I hear you can get a similar system for only $700 in stores while we are stuck paying $12000 for tha Avantapure system. The other thing is that the system never worked as well as they said. They guy Robert Hibbalt came in and showed us that cleaning will only required the pure water coming into our house And we will never have to spend on cleaning products again. This is a total lie! I have never been able to cleaning with just their water ever. On top of that the water started tasting funny last year. I called to have someone come in and have someone come in and check on this system a year ago.

The customer rep said that I see in our records that we service your system a year ago. No one ever came to my house in the last 3.75 years to service this system and on top on that she said it will be charge of $200 dollars to have someone come out and service the system. Are you kidding. No one ever said that my system need to be service every year let alone I will be paying $200 to have that done every time on top of the $12000 and the $3000 I have pay in medical bills for my daughter who have been to her a hospital every time she goy really bad hives due to product provided along with this system. Not to mention I have still buying cleaning products and drinking water since this Avantapure water does not taste nor worked like they said it will.

Finally someone named Rick calls me yesterday to talked about my problems unfortunately because it was already an escalated called we were stuck on the problem with my daughter hives. He told me that he is willing to send out more green products to me. Are you kidding me. Does this man actually think my daughter is a experimental case and after everything she has been through I will be to try any more products from them. I though the first products we receive wee suppose to be green too. I told him no I and dont want anymore things from them and I will like the system remove due to many problems I have had in the past.

He goes on to tell me he can't to this that I had the system for 3 years already which i explain to him I have been trying to get it removed since I got it. Then he has the audacity to tell me that well kids grow out of allergies eventually. Really? I suffered with hives until I was 13. It can be very traumatizing. From being in and out of hospital, running test and having several doctors examining you and trying to figure out what's " wrong with you." Not to mention how it affects your self system having to constantly try to cover your hives and being itchy and uncomfortable all the time. Did he actually play off my daughter hives as not a big deal because they grow out of it eventually.

This really upset me. Hives can be very seriously and dangerous in some cases. I am so frustrated with this company. Avantapure is a ripoff and so are the people under their payroll. Please if you do come across this do not buy this system it is a scam and they do nothing to help you or resolve your problem. Not to mention my daughter have suffered from their so called "pure products." I am spending 12000 for a system that offers nothing that was promised byt the rep Robert Hibbalt. I don't know where this company gets off robbing innocent, hardworking families. it might be too late for me but hopefully I can save someone else from the same fate.
