I woke up to find out 10 days after I received their products that they had charged me almost $200 for the " 14 day free trial" I called immediately and told them I did not like their products and did not understand why they had charged me for a product that I had only had for 10 days. They then tell me in the fine print it is a 14 day trial from the day you order from them. How can you have a 14 day free trial of the product if you do not possess the product for 14 days. I also clarified on the day I placed the order and the customer service representative reiterated that "yes if you are not completely satisfied all you have to do is call after you have USED the product for 14 days. I have called this company in the past 24 hours 3 times. Have spoken to 3 different representatives and have received 3 different responses all giving me different dates of my order. I filled a dispute at my bank today and called them tonight. I asked if the calls are recorded and they said yes. I said good I will have my bank request the phone recordings as well. I was told by the supervisor that it did not matter what the representatives said to me all that mattered was what was in the fine print of their service agreement. Se also said others have tried to dispute this and even contacted the better business bureau and failed. So please do not do any business with this people. And please share so no one else falls prey to this unethical company!!!
