Avanti I tried a free trial of their eye and face cream. I wasnt aware it was a subscription. I cancelled but received products anyway and they wont take them back or refund me. Buffalo New York

I tried the free trial of Avanti eye and skin cream. I didn't see where I was enrolling in a subscription where the send out products and charge you 92.00. A few weeks later, i recieved an email stating I would be shipping out my products and they'd charge me when they went out. I called them and said i wasn't interested and please cancel. She offered me many discounts to keep it and I said no. She finally cancelled my subscription and gave me cancellation numbers for both. That was Nov 2 2017. On Nov 4 2017, i received both in mail. I called and explained situation to customer service. She said it was too late and I had to keep them. I told her I was told it was cancelled out and I wasn't supposed to have gotten any more. She said they do not take back products and do not refund. It's discouraging when people dont matter, only money.
