well this is the worst company i have ever heard of.

My daughter ordered me flowers for mothers day. So she told them to deliver them on sat. may 10th for may 11th 2014 mothers day. on friday they delivered them and open the box and put water in and packet in and Sat morning got up to completely dead flowers. so i called my daughter and had to tell her that no flowers and her credit card charged.

well i started calling sat. and on monday finally got through and a man said i am a supervisor and i will; over night you new flowers. well tuesday now 2 days after mothers day no flowers so i called again and got put on hold for 3 different people for 20 min at a time. well then i got through and said where are my flowers , well no one had any idea. no order for them well now it is wed 3 days after mothers day and called again and they said we will send them friday. ok firday came and went and now i am really up-set along with my sweet daughter who was just trying to get me flowers.

i called again put on hold and then hung up on so then i called my daughter and she called same thing.

well now it is the 19th of may and never ever any flowers and my daughter still doesn't have money back on her credit card.

this is so upsetting that i only want my daughter to get her money back and please do something with these liars and fraud company.

i was lied to so many times i couldnt even tell you and put on hold and hung up on. but when the prompts come up if you push the one to order they answer right away,please i beg all the public not to use these people. our thoughts are with the family who didnt even receive them for funeral. i almost fell over when i read that.

please do something to these liars and thieves.
