In October 2001, I purchased a Seiko watch from Avenue23.com and was promptly sent the incorrect watch. I emailed them immediately and was instructed to return it so that the correct one could be mailed to me and I would be reimbursed for the shipping. Well, it is now March 2002 and I have yet to be reimbursed for the shipping costs of an item erroneously sent to me!!!!!!!!! I have sent several emails, which go ignored and each time I call, I get voice mail. Avenue23.com now goes by the name Luxury99.com. Don't be fooled!!!!!!!!! They make promises that they have no intention on keeping. NEVER AGAIN.

Our company may be hard to reach on the phone because of our high call volume however our live chat service has 5 operators and we have a 98% up time during normal business hours. Emails are answered within 24 hours tops and if you say we did not respond then YOU did not send!
