Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Jack was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, crude, used profanity and was oveall really nasty on the phone today. Buyer beware. Do not consider Avenza Systems at all when conducting business. He and this company are completely unacceptable in communication and I could not believe the way that they spoke to me on the phone. The first time that I called his receptionist hung up the phone because she was too incompetent to transfer the call. Again, BUYER BEWARE! This company is a SCAM, FRAUD, and completely unprofessional.

The owner of this company Ted Florence completely lied and misrepresented himself in professional communications sending emails to individuals and businesses using the name Jack.

This company is a complete scam. The owner of this company is rude, aggressive, used inappropriate language with me on the phone and he was just downright completely unprofessional. Never trade in business with a rude and unprofessional business owner. There are too many competitors of this company that will treat potential customers and potential vendors with professionalism. I'll say it again: BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT TRADE IN BUSINESS WITH THESE UNETHICAL PEOPLE.

I do not know what this guy is talking about.
I have been a customer of Avenza for almost 10 years and found them to be nothing other that a perfect company to deal with. Their technical support is stellar; very fast turn arounds, pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable and THEY ACTUALLY ANSWER THE PHONE!
There is nothing about this company that I can complain about.

This is a completely false and libelous comment by a scamming spammer who was not pleased when he spammed our company and was met with a hostile response. There is no such person as Jack at this company. No Jack whatsoever. This guy's claim is completely made up.
When he was refuted this poster threatened to post something online to "ruin" our business and this false and libelous posting is the result.
Avenza is an upstanding company with products and services that are used worldwide by teh likes of teh CIA, USGS, National Geographic and the US Army. Do you think for a minute that any of these organizations would be dealing with AVenza if we were a scam as this person suggests?
Unfortunately the Internet is a wild west for this kind of hostile attack and it is indeed unfortunate that babies like this guy are able to make these attempts to hurt the fine reputations of companies such as ours.
