Aviator Auto Group Odometer Tampering , Outright Liars Baltimore Nationwide
*General Comment: Jim gets the wrong end of the stick again and again and again and again.....
*Consumer Comment: One Little Question
I purchased a car from this dealership last night. When I got home and ran the carfax I discovered it had 100k miles more than what I was told it had. (Odometer rolled back). I also found that this information was disclosed to them when they bought the car at auction the week before. If that wasn't bad enough, the transmission blew on the way home. Third and fourth gear are now not working and the person who sold me the car told me that he can't help me out.

ODO roll back is common fraud.
I have heard in our dealership "You don't need to run a carfax, we allready did" and the customer accepts the salesman at his word. The diference is that I work at a reputable dealer, we disclose problems or don't retail this junk. The wholesale buyers we sell to also get full disclosure.
The OP was flat out scammed, Jim has never been rippedoff. So he has no understanding.
Still Jim is a nasty troll.

Do you kind of think the common sense thing to do is run the Car Fax BEFORE you buy the car??? POSSIBLE RIPOFF HERE -- If what Complainer alleges is true, a possible ripoff exists. However, complainer failed to use common sense by checking out car after purchase. Incredible!
