Let me start by saying i am not only the girlfriend but the secretary as well. Scott was the only contractor we used last year so that right there is a lie. We hired him to do three homes which he was paid in full NO liens were ever givin.Feel free to give us a call to verify that....I have all the reciepts from last year as well and have already spoke with my homeowners scott did the work for and they will be glad to reassure anyone scott was paid in full i will also produce reciepts. As far as ccap goes...lol look up scott dustin he has a laundry list of offences as well as a a civil matter with another homeowner, driving while intoxicated none payment of child support domestic issues with his babys mothe and about three more charges from being sued for non payment of funds. He is to the point were he will stop at nothing to get cash..rts hjas never ran with money we have always completed our job and i have references if anyone has doubts...not only does he now have a lawsuit to get our homeowners money back but im suing for slander...he never gave our homeowners any liens, hes a liar and fraud. also I really dont think you want convicted felons and illegal immigrants who work for him on your property! wow scott you are really reaching are you in that much debt you have to make things up?

You run with the money not us i gave you plenty chances to do the right thing...im done giving you chances see you in court...and by the way you cant sue us for slander because im telling the truth...i talked to our lawyer!

 now the company accusing these acusations is RTS Roofing out of Milwaukee WI owner Richard Surdyk he had his girlfreind write the accusations. I did work for RTS  last year and he tried to screw me out of $4100.00 I finally got my money when I threatend liens on homeowners  because I had legitamate contracts with RTS Roofing 

this year he asked me to do more work and I refused because I know of at least 2 other contractors he owes money to for last year. He got upset and said I will pay for not doing any work for him probably cause everybody knows about his insurance scams. RTS Roofing  takes the money and run and try to blame somebody else. Rick Surdyk is currently facing eviction from his house and is trying to do anything for money. look his name up on ccap  in Milwaukee, WI Richard Surdyk 1-414-254-4186. We don't have any contract for these accusations.
