Avid Pro Plus... Avid Medical, I was billed for an order i cancelled and returned and still cant get my refund Internet

On may 25th i made an internet order which i cancelled within 10 minutes of ordering. I sent several emails to cancel my order and refund my money. the product came to my home via the postal service and i refused same and sent it back. I have been requesting a refund since only to be promised it will be done in one to two weeks. I am still waiting on my refund.

This company is a rip off amd their customer service sucks.
