Aviqua Skin outrageous charge for very little product, and no warning of charge Los Angeles California

I answered a pop up for a free trial of an eye cream.  Along with the eye cream I was sent another sample.  No where in the mailing did it tell me that there was a 14 trial and you had to return the item or be charged an outrageous amount!!!

So I used the eye cream, it started burning my skin and I immediately discarded it since it was only $5.  Never opened the other skin cream.  Today I receive another pkg with the skin cream again.  I called and they told me all about the 14 day trial....and of course I will be charged the full amount for the one I got today....however they did agree to take this one back for a fee of $9.95.

I am returning both packages of the unwanted cream and will be calling my credit card company about this.  I had not even seen the charge on my credit card statement last month so I did not know about the $98 charge for this product.  Just looked at my statement online and see there are now two $98 charges.

Here's hoping they refund the entire amount and do something about their website so other people do not get stuck with this unwanted product.
