Avis is now Avis Budget and it's the worst car rental company on earth. Try calling the local airport office - you can't. It's all routed to a Jamaican customer service line.
You CAN'T REACH THEM. It's like evil robots work at Avis Budget without a drop of human compassion.
I lost something very valuable and spent hours trying to reach anyone at Avis Budget at Oakland's airport. It's gone forever thanks to this hideous car rental company.
I will NEVER rent another car from Avis Budget as long as I live
The government were idiots in allowing this merger to take place. It's another death knell to customer service.
