This is a brilliant media scam women are falling into by the thousands! They claim to improve your sex drive. by sending you a 30-day supply of purple pills. When you call for the FREE sample, you must give a credit or debit card for the $4.95 shipping fee only. You must try the pills for 30 to 90 days to obtain any benefit suppossedly. But, every 21 days, you are billed $35 for your pills without your consent. The website lists no factual info regarding what is in the pills, clinical trials, testimonies with names changed.

There is no tangible evidence or fact to support anything they claim. They are another brilliant ripoff masterminded and lead by Warner Health Care which is an Insurance Company. Very smart, successful women have fallen for this scam unusually easily since there isn't a women around who doesn't want great sex. THIS IS AN INGENIOUS RIPOFF Bringing billions of dollars to this company. Most women never get anything in the mail and those who do receive something are crazy to ingest this unknown pill into their body???

This must hit the MEDIA quickly to stop this company and the government needs to investigate this. They take the money for one year and claim you must wait 12 months to ask for refund?? Luckily, my bank and others do investigate the charges and credit them back to you BUT YOU MUST DO THIS EVERY 21 days. It is over $400 a year. By the time anyone investigates, they change their ads/email/weblink. running fast like the rats they are.

The people who work for the company are as ignorant as monkeys, especially the one who wrote the rebuttal. Let's get this thing on the air and stop them fast!

Just one thing. it is NOT a insurance comapny. So you might have a wrong Warner Healthcare. That is only to be fair to another company that is probably legit.

That is all I really wanted to point out.

Oh yeah. Why is it that people always say the first charge is $4.95. The charge is $4.50. They are all told that over and over again. It sort of leads to my theory that customers are not paying attention when they call in. They are just focused on free free free. Anyway, if I was making a purchase I would rememebr the exact amount of each transaction.

General advice. Don't buy from them :0 have a great day

Help STOP Warner Health Care NOW

AUTHOR: UDarla - (U.S.A.)

Maryann and all others that have been scammed and the truely remorsefull ex-employees..any suggestions on how to tear this thing wide open and try to get a major class action law suit going? How can we expose this company and it's sister companies for what they are doing? Bilking everyone out of their hard earned money and doing business practices that are totally uncalled for in this day and age of internet and credit card commerce.

So far here's what I have done, with no avail....yet...I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission and filed a complaint. I have placed a dispute with my bank for the charges, but have to wait 30 days to see if Warner Health Care refunds the money or not, so it's still up in the air. I am filing a complaint with the Indiana State Attorney General's Office as soon as enough time has passed after returning the products and asking for a refund in a certified letter.
I have tried to call Lifetime Television for their advertising division because that is where I saw the ad in the first place and have gotten the run around from them but will try back again.
Just to note: the Avlimil ad was seen today on local Indianapolis station UPN 23.

Lastly, I have emailed the Television program :
48 HOURS INVESTIGATES and refered them to this website and all the postings here to try to get them to do some investigative reporting on this story.

OK> Now what should WE do next? This HAS to be addressed. They cannot get away with this any longer and need to be held accountable for what they have done in the past.

I'm almost over the whole dollar amount that has been taken from me...I'm more concerned right now with the RESPONSIBILITY factor on their part.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
