Avon And ADC Avon and ADC are BOTH ripoff companies and should be SUED!!! Houston Texas

I was a Rep for AVON in the Fall of last year, after about 3 months of not making any sales, I am unable to drive, etc. so I was using the E-Rep program *only*.

I ordered a big lot of various items from Avon, albeit, in hopes of selling off what I purchased.

I ordered my items, I sold NOTHING, I should have set all the items back, but, I am a forever Pollyanna and kept the stuff, hoping to sell the items a little at a time.

Anyway, I sold nothing until it was too late to send the said items back, I got hold of AVON and told them that I would pay off the items as I could, I am on SSI and have no other income, hence, that is why I started with them in the first place.

My total to AVON was approx. $250 dollars, I had already sent them a payment of $40 here not too long ago, in other words, I was making as best of an effort as I possibly could.

Now, I start getting calls from Allied Data Corp. now, they were very nice on the phone, albeit, they did inform me that me or my attorney would have to get in touch with them by such and such a time or they would have to make a judgment on my case.

I talked a Ms. Lane at ADC and I told her of my predicament and she told me that I would just have to send in $74 per month for the next 3 months....Oct. Nov. and Dec., so, I have now mailed out three post-dated checks, one to be cashed EACH month....now, I am panicking that they *might* try and cash ALL 3 at once....well, since they *are* post-dated, hopefully I/'ll still be ok....a lady online told me to stop the checks, so I am kinda at a quandary here, I will STILL owe the bill if I cancel the checks and IF I cancel them,, that will be $25 PER CHECK to stop...

UGH!!!!! Anyway, that is my sad story, oh,. and I haven't heard hide nor hair from AVON since ADC took over....I have emailed my District Manager but I have yet to hear anything from her of late.

I am going to email/call AVON directly and see what I get..
