I originally signed up to be an Avon rep for the sole purpose of ordering my own lip gloss, nothing more. I did originally sell to neighbors and friends, until it was costing me more than I was making. Avon not only charges for you returning items, but it they never get the credits correct (mistake-I think not, not with every single return.)

Now after 7 years, they are no longer charging the prices in the DEMO books. All of a sudden you have to figure out your own prices if you are not placing a minimum order of $50.00!!!!

Apparently effect campaign # 13, for 2007 if you want to pay the prices printed in the DEMO book you need to spend $50.00. This was the first time that my prices were wrong and were not corrected. I have checked every price sheet that has come through my hands in the last 7 years, any issues I call and the customer service department verifies the mistake and fixes it immediately. I argued that is not written any where. They could not agrue that it was, because it isn't.
If you have ever seen any of their Demo books you know that they have some items that are listed with 2 prices, one is higher for those that are not in the "circle" and the lower is for those who are not. All other items are priced were listed for everyone else across the board with one price and have always appeared as such on the sales receipt.

I have mailed the correct payment amounts (at the Demo book prices) for the last 2 orders to see what they will do, and if someone will respond to my notes that I have included with each one. To date they have only added what they consider a balance on to the next sales slip and have ignored my notes about the over charges.
I advised the last person that I spoke to at Avon that I was going to the Attorney General's office to file a complaint, her reply was, "get in line."
How many Avon reps are not comparing the sales catolog to the sales slip when it arrives???? And are being over charged every 2 weeks?
