First, I'd like to express our apologies for such inconvenience occured and for the negative emotions you got.
Here I can say in return that we really do reply to emails! I understand that you can consider this only as words of
an official representative of the company,developer of AVS software. But here on the other end we have thousands of happy users who express their gratitude for
good software and timely service.

You mentioned a CD with our software. This means that you purchased our software through our reseller - RegNow.
And we don't bear responsibility for shipping CDs together with regcodes. In this case something went wrong with the process in RegNow.
I know it's poor consolation for you, but I want you to know how the process is organized.

Now about unanswered emails:

The common reason for so-called "no reply" from us is simple, it's anti-spam settings that don't allow our emails to come through. This is usually a case. I also advise you to check your spam folder and you may find several emails from our support team.

So, yesterday I found your report on this website and look into the issue.
Due to the lack of the personal info about you so far we found 2 registered users with the surname Dayton and no one with the same surname who made a purchase in 2008.
