This company sent me a mail. This special award advisory affirms that****$2,000,000.00*** shall   be paid to me.  I had to feel and send all the information back with $14.00 the first time. The rest was $11.00 that was more than four times

It's a scam, stop sending them money!

I don't know if you are serious, but in the off chance that you are: don't fill out any more of those forms and stop sending them money! The whole reason you keep getting those scam letters is because they work on you. 

If you did win some award or lotto, you certainly wouldn't have to send money in to claim the award.  That is your first indication its a scam - they ask you to send them money.
