(Axia College Of University Of Phoenix Axia College Not happy with Phoenix. Want to assist in filing class action lawsuit, Internet

I am about to drop out and tranfer to better college. While I do this I am gathering evidence including materials that may be useful. I am interested because AXIA is fraudulent..they already where hit for fraud in 2008. I was not told I could not get credit for classes either.

Horrible instructors, curriculum at the 4th grade level, overcharging consumers.

University of Phoenix AND Axia College are both regionally accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.  Nobody lied to you.  It's not up to University of Phoenix OR Axia College to ensure that your credits transfer, that's up to you.  It's always up to the receiving school, not the school where you earned the credits.

You don't get to file a class action lawsuit just because you're unhappy with your college. They have done nothing illegal. It is the student's responsibility to ensure that if they want to transfer credits, they can. The transfer of credits is ALWAYS up to the receiving college. There are some 2 and 4 year schools that have worked out formal articulation agreements (common within state systems), but it's not that common among private schools.

Univ of Pheonix and Axia ARE accredited. But that doesn't mean another school will accept their credits.

Your decision to attend community college is a wise one. Check into CLEP exams to receive credit for the courses you took at Axia. That way you won't have to repeat the courses.
