To whom it may concern,
I received a work from home magazine that has hundreds of fraudulent companies advertising with them. I responded to an ad to own your own distributorship business promising wholesale prices. The company is called National Wholesale Company.

After sending them a small fee ($100+) to get started, I found out that I would need a creditcard processing machine to run the internet website for the distributorship business.

Corey Shepard with E-commerce exchange sent me the papers to sign. He told me that it was very important not to open the packet until I had him on the phone.
When E-Commerce called me, I asked him if I could photocopy the contracts first. He said we don't have enough time because he scheduled a Fex-Ex pickup to to pick up the package shortly after signing. He told me not to worry because I had 30 days to cancel anyway. He had me take out a paper, briefly explained to me what it meant, had me sign it and put it directly into the envelope. I asked him if I could take off the back copy to read. He said he would send me the copies once he received the contracts. I received these copies over a month later.

I asked him why I had to put the contracts directly into the envelope after signing. He said he didn't want any papers to get lost. I was rushed through signing because Fed-Ex was going to pick up the package.
In a few minutes, Fed-ex came and picked up the package just as he planned. These papers I signed were for Axin Financial. These papers were for a loan from AXIN Financial to finance a lease for a creditcard swiping machine.

After dealing with E-commerce exchange, E-Commerce handled everything that had to do with National Wholesale Company. National Wholesale Company directed me to E-Commerce from then on for any complaints. (Eventually, E-Commerce would direct me to AXIN

Financial for any complaints)
Soon after this happened, I found out that the free internet distributorship website that came with the business would cost me over $100/mo.

Then I tried to set up an account so other businesses could purchase products directly from the wholesale company using my account number as it said in National Wholesale Company's materials. Then I would receive the commission. They said they don't have any programs like that. That is when I knew I was a victim of a big scam. I didn't even have records of my contracts.
At this point, I started getting a run around and no one could help me. I tried to send the creditcard machine back which had never been used. They all refused to take the machine back. I would be more than happy to send the machine back because it can't be used in the first place. All 3 businesses I dealt with were fraudulent all along. Lakeshore Law Center, jeff@lakeshorelaw.org currently has pending cases against AXIN Financial Services for similar cases as mine.

There is a charge from E-Commerce Exchange for $55 on my credit report. They put down that it was for child support. They are all fraudulent. This has nothing to do with child support and they know it. (I don't owe or pay childsupport anyway)

What's even worse, I found out that the machine was only worth about $400. I have a printout of the same machine, Nurit 2085 selling for $329.95. They had me leasing one for $2,188.25 with an optional buyout in the end of the lease. They now say I owe the $3058. for a machine that I was never able to use because I was lied to from the beginning.

All 3 of these companies, National Wholesale Company, E-Commerce Exchange (Chatsworth, CA) and Axin Financial all have either unsatisfactory ratings or F ratings with
the Better Business Bureau.

Numerous people have reported the same thing I have reported in this statement. Other people have reported that they received machines that never even worked. I have no idea whether the machine I received even works. They have reported getting insults from Axin Financial staff or getting hung up on. I recently had a phonecall with Axin Financial. I was trying once again to return the machine. He said that returning the machine wasn't an option. He didn't want to listen to what I had to say. He tried to hang up on me once, insulted me and then at the end of the call, hung up on me.

P.S. There are two different E-Commerce companies in California. This report is only about 1 of those companies. There is another company under that same name that has an A Rating with the BBB and I am sure they are a good trustworthy company. Check the address of the company you are dealing with and research them on the internet.

STOP! ..before you think about using the Better Business Bureau (BBB)... CLICK HERE to see how other consumers were victimized by the BBB's false or misleading information. Don't be fooled! It has been reported, when there are thousands of complaints and other investigations underway by authorities, the BBB has no choice but to finally give an UNsatisfactory rating to a BBB member business that is paying the BBB big membership fees every year. When a business is reported that is NOT a BBB member, BBB files WILL more likely show an UNsatisfactory rating, then reportedly shake down that company to become a member of the BBB. One positive thing about the BBB is, either way, if a business has an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB, you can be sure, the business is bad. But what about all those BBB member businesses that had complaints filed against them? Consumers never get to hear about them. What about the BBB advertising to the public? Is this a false and misleading perception they are giving about consumer confidence when dealing with a business? Click here to understand more of what consumers and business alike are saying about the BBB. You decide. ..Remember. The BBB membership is not earned, it's paid for!

Yahoo group for Axin Financial and E-Commerce Exchange scams

AUTHOR: Neil - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, February 12, 2005

I recently started a Yahoo group for victims to use regarding Axin Financial and E-Commerce Exchange scams. Hopefully this will bring all these victims together. The biggest thing that these companies have going for them is that none of the victims know eachother. This group will put a stop to that.
